• Realize Brazil Fest in Folk XIII International Fest in Folk ABrasOFFA – ONG (IOV ) in Praia Grande, Cubatão and Campos de Jordão
• Gave support and organized  in colaboration of the national section of 
  IOV – Brazil the II South American Conference in Studious in Popular Arts.
• Gave support and took part in the realization of the II Fest in Folk- Nova Prata – R. S. – ABrasOFFA-ONG

October/99

• Organized and coordenated the trip in Cultural Interchange of the Symphonic Band from Cubatão to Austria (Lackenbach and Vienna ) and  Portugal – Aveiro and Santarém.

• Received, organized and participated in the visit of World General Secretary of IOV in Brazil to attend meetings with Federal Authorities ( Culture Ministerium, Embratur, UNESCO, National Congress, Stadual Secretary in Tourism ).  Mayor of Cubatão to object the realization ( and this pointed city ) the III World Congress and General Assembly of IOV, in the next October – 2000 with representants of 179 countries members and 1º Nobel Prize of Peace.

November/99  

•  Participated with an Associated  Group  in Intern Fest in Folk – Takuarée - Guarambaré – Paraguay

• Accompanied and took part in the meeting World General Secretary of  IOV with the South American See in Assuncion- Paraguay

January/2000  

•  Cooperated with Sectur- São Vicente – São Paulo in the reception of the official retinue of Santarém – Portugal in the commemoration of the anniversary of the city and in the “opening “ of the celebration of 500  years of the Discovery of Brazil  , as well the signature of the document – Santarém – São Vicente, which are considered the Sisters Cities.
