ü       Organize events as meetings, forums, seminaries, workshops, symposiums, light discussions, workshops with subjects proposed by the young people, researches, creation of plays, expositions, trainees promoting the discussion between the young people, capacitating them for they to become leaders;

ü       Use implements of the web such as: MSN, ICQ, SKYPE, ORKUT, virtual meetings and video conferences;

ü       Globalization of actions and ideas;

ü       Use of the media for divulgation of projects elaborated by young people in tv programs and radio;

ü        Stimulate the Volunteer Work;
