It is the event idealized and brought to our country by Helena Lourenço, graduated in “Tourism” and as     the Director of  it comes for many years working for the preservation of the traditions of  south brazilian state,  which is called Rio Grande do Sul, represented by a group consisted of  the staff of Varig (a brazilian airline ), which for several times showed its art in Europe.

         During five years the “project “ was developed and in 1987, his first event was realized under the support of the Cultural Ministry and today “ it “ consists of the Calendar of  Touristic Events – EMBRATUR and in the World Calendar of IOV.
