A group of voluntaries are trained during eight months in courses of first aids , dynamic of groups, language tests, educational lectures, simulation of situations inside the event, stage, ceremonial, etc.
These people are divided in two groups: a group that works 24 hours in the lodgements, accompaning the groups and one , that helps the organization of the event out of the lodgment.
Each one of the voluntaries has a task: secretaries, delegates ( The translator of the groups ) , support, divulgation, stage, games etc.
The yellow jackets develop an important task during the festival, and are always trying to be in a perfect union among them all aiming a great result in a good work.
